Our operation is directed and controlled by our of experienced in-house Galaxon team who co-ordinate resources to provide staff to cover planned and unplanned absence 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We develop supportive strategies to accompany redesign or expansion of client service and design and assume responsibilities for contracted-out services.

Created in 2003, our reputation is built on honesty, reliability and a management team with over 25 years experience in this industry which has enabled Galaxon to have a high profile client base that extends across England and Wales (with plans to expand our services throughout the UK) providing support staff to over 100 operational sites.
